Founded in February 2016 by Joe and Troyce Gatewood, Thanks4Giving was created with one mission in mind: to provide active, full-time employees who serve the public with an affordable way to buy a home.

Our organization is comprised of realtors, attorneys, home inspection agents, and lenders, all committed to the same common goal: making the home buying process as easy as possible for you.
Utilizing numerous resources, we work to help members of the military, law enforcement officers, firefighters, teachers, and nonprofit personnel afford the homes that they deserve with our home buying discount program process as easy and affordable as possible for you.
Our program makes it easier and more affordable for those in public service to buy a home. Eligible employees include active full-time members of the military, teachers, firefighters, police officers, and nonprofit professionals, as well as veterans.
